Hi, I’m Chenee.
I have spent many years working behind the scenes as an ecommerce virtual assistant, helping small online brands with the everyday tasks that keep their businesses moving. My work includes building and updating websites, managing orders across different sales channels, communicating with suppliers, and making sure customer emails and campaigns go out on time. I have worked with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, MailerLite, Canva, Notion, Asana, and Alibaba, among others. Some days are more creative, while others are filled with product listings, supplier emails, order concerns, and all the little details that come with running an online store.
I’m based in Davao City, Philippines, where I live with my husband and our eight dogs. When I’m not working for a client, I’m usually writing for my blog, planning a slow trip, enjoying a quiet day at home, or being outsmarted by one of our smaller dogs. I have been writing and creating online since 2006 and working as a virtual assistant since late 2008, which has allowed me to learn both the creative and technical sides of building something online. More than anything, I enjoy helping business owners spend less time worrying about what is happening behind the scenes and more time focusing on the parts of their business they truly love.
